This Privacy Policy explains how Lorum1 Systems, LLC (“Lorum1 Systems, LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, use our software and implementation services, or communicate with us. It also describes, in detail, how we operate our SMS/MMS text messaging programs in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and the wireless carriers' 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) requirements.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact and account information: your name, business name, job title, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
  • Mobile opt-in information: if you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to text messaging, we collect that number along with the date, time, method, and specific language of your consent, and your messaging program preferences.
  • Communications: the content of messages, support requests, and other correspondence you send to us, including through forms, email, phone, or text message.
  • Technical and usage data: device, browser, IP address, log data, and usage information collected automatically when you use our website or applications.
  • Service and billing information: information related to the custom software, implementation support, and integrated communications services we provide to you.

How we use information

We use information to: provide, operate, and support our custom software and implementation services; respond to inquiries and support requests; deliver text messages, calls, and emails you have requested or consented to receive; administer and improve our SIP trunk, SMS/MMS, and email integrations; maintain the security and integrity of our systems; enable single sign-on and authentication (including SSO, passkeys, and multifactor authentication) when configured for your organization; and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with the following categories of parties, and only as needed:

  • Service providers: vendors that help us operate our business, such as hosting providers, messaging and telephony carriers/aggregators, email delivery platforms, and identity providers (for example, Google or Microsoft, when your organization enables SSO). These providers are contractually restricted to using information only to perform services on our behalf.
  • Legal and safety purposes: when required to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights and safety of Lorum1 Systems, LLC or others, or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

Mobile information and SMS/MMS opt-in data, consent, and text messaging originator data are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstances. This information is used solely to operate our messaging programs and is shared only with the messaging platform and carrier partners strictly necessary to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.

10DLC COMPLIANT · TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM DISCLOSURE

SMS/MMS messaging program

Program description. Lorum1 Systems, LLC operates SMS/MMS messaging programs to support key business operations and, where separately opted in, marketing communications for our customers and their end users. Message types may include appointment or service notifications, account and support updates, one-time passcodes or authentication codes, and marketing offers or promotions that you have specifically requested to receive.

How you opt in. You are enrolled in a messaging program only when you affirmatively opt in — for example, by submitting a web form, checking a consent checkbox, providing verbal consent that is documented, or texting a designated keyword to one of our numbers. Consent language is presented to you at the point of opt-in and describes the program, expected message frequency, and applicable disclosures below. Consent to receive marketing text messages is never required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies by program and depends on your account activity and interactions; typical programs send approximately 1–4 messages per week, though transactional programs (such as one-time passcodes) may send messages only as triggered by your activity.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and wireless plan.

  • Opt out: Text STOP at any time to any message to immediately opt out of that messaging program. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will not be sent further messages from that program unless you opt in again.
  • Help: Text HELP to receive program assistance information, or contact us directly using the details in the “Contact us” section below.
  • Carrier disclaimer: Wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network carrier, and participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Supported carriers: Our messaging programs are intended for use on major U.S. wireless carrier networks; not all carriers are guaranteed to support every feature.
  • Eligibility: You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), to opt in to our messaging programs.
  • Multiple devices: Message frequency may vary if the phone number is associated with multiple devices.

Use and disclosure of mobile data. We use your mobile number and associated messaging data solely to administer the program you joined: to send the messages you requested, to process STOP and HELP keyword requests, to prevent unwanted messaging, and to maintain accurate consent and opt-out records as required by carrier and regulatory guidelines. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Limited information is shared only with our SMS/MMS platform and telecommunications providers strictly to transmit messages on our behalf.

Retention. We retain mobile numbers, consent records, and opt-out records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the messaging program, demonstrate compliance with TCPA and carrier requirements, and honor your preferences, after which the information is securely deleted or de-identified in accordance with our data retention practices.

This SMS/MMS disclosure is provided in connection with our 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) registration as required by wireless carriers and The Campaign Registry, and is incorporated into, and governed by, this Privacy Policy.

Your choices & rights

You may opt out of text messages at any time as described above, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails, and adjust notification preferences within any applications we provide. You may also request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond within the time frame required by applicable law.

Our services may connect with third-party identity providers, including Google or Microsoft, to enable single sign-on, passkey, and multifactor authentication when configured for your organization. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies and account settings, which we encourage you to review.

Data retention & security

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, satisfy the purposes described in this policy, and meet our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes affecting our SMS/MMS messaging program will be communicated in accordance with carrier and CTIA guidelines. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
